It always leaks out. If Birkhead is the father he will deffinitely come out and proclaim it. If he isn't we may hear it from someone opposite Birkhead's side.

If I worked for the registrar office I woulda had a reprinted copy of that birth certificate outside court just waiting.......... right next to Stern's luggage, Birkheads luggage, da Grammy luggage and da media luggage. So as soon as he got the result saying who the daddy was I give them the revised birth certificate and they can all carry dey hip straight to the airport and leave the country.............

I think as soon as Birkhead gets the custody he may just leave with the baby.

Then again there is Daniel's inquest, so I don't know who is staying for that other that HKS. Also I don't think HKS is too eager to go back to the US. He's gonna fight to stay here anyway he could.

Oh that thing is still in effect. The court proceeding is still on going and that order dosen't lift until after the legal proceeding is done. But it'll only be bad if someone like the defendant or the courts think that it is something that will harm the rest of the case. I think in the case no one would blame the real father...which in this case is Birkhead.
