That seems to be the price for one. Everytime I try to place my own costum avatar, it is "too big" even though the size is below 19.5kb is there something anyone can do about this. But even if not, i guess its not important and I will just continue life without an avatar

Which image editing tool are you using chancellor?
The avatar must be no more than 100x100 in size.
