During these last days ; i sense an urgency for the body of christ to interced for our leaders and for the return of righteouness to bahamas;france .USA. AFRICA. THE WORLD---
these are critical times in the earth and it our responsability to be sensitive to the holy spirit's voice and pray for those in autority.
Through the autority that we have been given in the name of jesus;his shed blood and the word of god, we can affect longlasting ;positive changes in the world. GOD HAS ORDAINED HIS PEOPLE TO BE THE CONTROLLING INFLUENCE IN GLOBAL AFFAIRS THROUGH THE VEHICLE OF PRAYER. When you obey his mandate to pray ;you open a channel by wich he can bless you and your nation.

A man sits on a bench in a crowded park, other people are sitting near and chatting religiously on recent world events (Iraq and September 11, etc.). As the old man sit silently on the bench he listens to the talk on the world events which comes out as the first remark and reference to everything.

An elderly lady's remark sparks the light of all lights within him.
At her remarks she could not help but notice the man near by on the bench, he was smiling she knew that he was listening as she spoke. As she continue to speak she shifted her eyes back and forth, "we must pray about this, that is all we can do, pray."

As she completed this statement she realized that the man continues to show gestures to her remarks, she paused and then directed her attention towards him in wonderment. The man is aware that he has attracted her attention by his smile, but is in no rush to respond to her remark the man instead hesitated and waited patiently knowing that she had a question to ask.

The old lady pondered for a moment and step over to the man sitting quietly on the bench "why are you smiling sir, this is a very serious matter, it is time to pray."

"Yes, it is time to pray." he responded.

“So then why are you smiling if you agree.”

“I smile because of the way you think of prayer!”

“How do I think sir?

“You think of prayer as a part time thing!”

“I don’t understand, do you pray sir?

"Yes I pray, I pray by thinking!

“Thinking?”

“Yes thinking! It is a very effective and powerful method. My thinking is my prayer, and I think positively on what I think. This is full time prayer for me!”

“Sir how?”

“You see,” said the man, “by thinking I am constantly praying, my prayer is a ceaseless wave of thoughts that directs my action and every human action, our thinking is our prayer.

As I think I access and command the infinite resource of the God perfection, of the God way, the God approach to all things and all that I do.

I think my thought in impersonal and unemotional ways and I have discovered that it is a good way to the answer that I dream for the world I live in.”

“You see, ordinarily humans spend most of the time thinking negatively about everything or for bad to come to others where there is dislike. Later in groups and silent moments humans resort to counter this through conventional prayer method. How?

Bad thinking to reverse more than ¾ of the day thinking selfishly for self and negatively for others is hardly adequate. This method of praying can hardly bring correction; it is part time and is out numbered by far by the amount of time spent thinking other wised.”

“It is like replacing and disposing of a new tire from your car because you fail to adhere to the manufactures manual that warns to keep the tire properly inflated.”

“You see you can constantly keep your thoughts on the rules as you go each day this would allow for full and complete use of the tire or you can ignore the rules and wait until the car is completely down on the rim of the tire and then place your thoughts here, but you will have to do more to replace the tire.

Either way you deal with the tire, either way the tire gets dealt with, but if only you keep in mind the responsibility due to everything as you go about only then is it less worrisome and more effective.

How much trouble it is to make good, good thinking a way, a way of prayer, full time prayer? Just what do we lose if we expand prayer to the moments we spend thinking for ourselves? What do we lose by thinking and constantly thinking beautiful, positive balance thoughts for the whole world, dreaming for the entire world the equal good that each of us dream for ourselves?

If we do this do we not avoided most of the things that we cause upon ourselves rather than bogging ourselves down after which resorting to the prayer hoping that the answer is adequate enough an answer to replace the bad condition with a better one when before it was better already...
We can pray now, that is good, but when we get the answer then we begin all over again, how does this method help?”

“Sir, you have me thinking!” the old lady replied bewildered by the comments of the man.

“Let your thinking be your prayer, full time prayer, always praying by thinking good, good for all at the same time we think for ourselves and you will see just how much different this kind of prayer changes things” the man replied.

The man got up from the bench and walked away and has not been seen in the park since.

But the man leaves us with another method to pray that I see is also an effective way to help ourselves and our world, to prevent further digging ourselves into ditches.
The method of intervention has done very little to help, now we must resort to maintenance and prevention as a result, the sooner we get started the better it remains.
