jujutree 04-28-07, - 03:36 PM A few police told me last night that Shane Gibson wept like a baby on thursday at the advanced poll cause he did not rcv one vote from the police and defence force. Also said that PC did not get any either. Say dat if they get any, it will be from the poll workers.

lovechild1996 04-28-07, - 04:01 PM Someting is amiss cos HI told us at the rally lastnite that sum police officers called him from the rally in CP and told them that PC hired a security firm for his rally's cos he say he does not rust the officers. It is further alleged that the promo. for the junior staff was held back cos seymour told PC dat the officers did not support him. My what a shame if this is true and one thing fore sure i belive HI cos he don't stoop that lo. And further more my husband said yes it is true concerning their promo. Pc and his cohorts will be drownded on May 2nd 2007 mark my words. By da way i am visiting the PLP website and only one photo of dey Mega oops should i say mass rally on Cp and FPO lastnite. Listening to PC down there, he did not seem pleased with da crowd. what yenna tink. Tink dey had the yellow fever and had to go to da doctor?

Aaah lawd. I feel sorry fa poor Shame.:bye2:
According to the PLP brochure that found its way on my vehicle which was parked up somewhere (PS. I HATE SPAM AND BTW I ASKED FOR A FRIDGE NOT A BROCHURE!), I noticed Shane Gibson is running again, already! Now i can see waiting for the next election then giving it a go, but the man just resigned over a major international scandal only a couple months ago!! Geez some people think we Bahamians are really that stupid hey. :hammer:

Rory, in addition to that, the man has a good possibility of being charged( I have it upon good info that he has been recommended to be charged with bribery) with bribery! He actually took the nomination under an active investigation!
Man, who is in control of the PLP? I cant fathom how they can have him run for public office under the heavy weight of international scandal and criminal investigation. Only in the Bahamas!

Maybe that is why he is trying to get back in parliament 'cause if he's an MP he stands a better chance of "fighting" those charges than if he's not an MP..

Sorry, I doubt this story. As I understand it their votes are not counted until after the election, along with all the rest. It is possible that someone asked a few police how they voted but I doubt they asked them all.

I am sure both Partys had operatives doing exit polling...

In fact Hubert said in Abaco that his info told him the FNM had 80% of the force votes. That's pretty impressive to say the least.
