What would you say to someone who has applied the same criteria that you suggest to another religion and found that it “works” too?

That is why it is called faith........ not fact.Everyone (almost erryone) has it,if not faith in religon at least in something.

Do you know someone who has and can prove it on every point? I can prove what I am saying is correct because I have done it, starting with repenting of my sins and accepting Jesus Christ's crucifixion as God's accepted sacrifice to pay the price for my sins. Can you name one other religious leader who has done so not only for his followers but for all mankind and who, rose from the dead three days later? Is there someone else who has done this? The history of world religions show that there were many who were raised from the dead. Greek mythology is full of them, so is Egyptian mythology. Some examples: (and I am doing this from memory) Asclepius, (Greek) Horus (Egyptian)

I am not saying that Christianity is of no value. It does have a value but then again so do other faiths. Christianity is one among many.

i've been tryin to burst them with a rock since they cause BET to be taken down, still...in regards to the topic at hand...i never really saw the bible as anything more than a daily guide line for the way that were supposed to act and interesting bed time stories, nothing more. Especially seeing as how men...ya know, dudes made of flesh and bone wrote it. And the thing is i was brought up and trained as a christian but one day i realised that something feel right...my epiphany you might say. so with that said i am watching this thread with great interest....that is all :)
