They are annoying too! I have one of those wireless phones that I carry around the house. They usually call me when I am in the bathroom! Appropriate place for such calls.:)

My sister has a way to stop them, or at least get back at them. She tells them, "I would love to talk with you but it is raining now - hold on for a minute while I shut my windows" She puts the phone down, with out hanging up and never returns. It must run up their phone bill when they call from Germany!
