I always liked Leslie Miller; he is not a hack like some of the other PLPs.He was gracious in defeat, and he did not try to spin anything, especially since gawd raises up governments,and we know that gawd don't make mistakes. I do not know much about Halkitis, but I think the PM has high regard for him, and Tanya Wright I guess is an ok choice as well, not being in active, front line politics. Hey Allyuh you see how senile Paul Adderley has become? Out of one side of his mouth he says that the PM has the final say on the last three, but at the same time they must come from the PLP side. This demonstrates again our schizophrenic Constitution; It is stupid to say that the three should reflect the balance in the house and at the same time give the PM the final say.

The senate should reflect the house. Period. The PM having the "last say" is a formality only. Just like how the GG has the "last say" on who the PM will be.

What a disgrace he is; the interests of himself and his Nassau Yacht Club friends come first, PLP Party second, and if not too inconvenient, what is in the interest of the dark complected masses.Paul fits the classic definition of what a UBP is. I agree with the highlighted, he really was an example as he acknowledge the choice of the constituents of Blue Hills as well as congratulating his successful opponent.

He would still fight for what is right in the senate as well. The important thing is, as much as you would like it, no one going to lay down and play dead because the FNM is in "power"....

I am happy Leslie Miller got a senate seat. The man loves the Bahamas and always tries to do what is right for the Nation. He has been misguided a couple of times but all in all he is a true, true Bahamian with the country's best interests at heart.
