Did the PLP go to election court in 1992 and 1997, and did an FNM judge did give them a fair trial?

In 2002, the FNM went to court over MICAL. Are you saying that because they lost, the judge was a PLP, and if the judge was an FNM then the FNM would have won MICAL in the court.?
