View Full Version : Paul Moss waste of the press Time
ching357 06-06-07, - 05:27 PM :jawdroop: Why was it necessary for paul moss to have a press conference about joining the plp party. To that was a waste of time and it proves that these same person's who consider them selves so high and mighty don't believe there could ever be be a third party in this bahamas, which is foolish to believe. If bj nottage did stay with the CDR they might have won the government or he should have team up with the BDM,same as this jokey paul moss he would have made better sense to join the BDM,because trust me the plp is finish and by the the next general election the FNM would be like a new party with young vibrant persons check it out if u think am wrong but i really doubt it.Guys like Paul Moss and nottage are persons who is openly sayin they want and will always want "greed" is a serious thing check the dictionary and u will see those two character face their as the meaning . So Paul Moss u just lost my respect u and all of the others fayne included you'll were some of the last fighters who i thought would have made a difference in our bahamas but i guest not, everyone want to be leader and nobody wants to be lead.FOR THE RECORD FOR SMALL MINDED BAHAMIANS AM NOT A FNM NOR PLP who ever i think would make a solid contribution for country and children has my vote.:voodoo:

i agree. he didn't seem to think hard and long about this decision as he says he did. why do you have to run in the next election with another party if you just decided not to support another one? seems you are looking for some kind of status. we still don't know what changed his mind either. perhaps he wanted some kind of favour the fnm would not give. he also stated that he expects another general election before five years which means he had no intention of giving the fnm a chance to prove themselves in five years which is the time all governments get and so they deserve the same.

I find this thread to be so stupid!!
You were probably one of those FNMs (I don't care what you say) who were praising Maynard, Phenton and others for dismantling the CDR (sorry but it was not BJ) and joining the FNM!!
In fact when BJ left they held press comferences saying that they will continue the party and that no one man controlled the CDR! Those guys never pointed finger at BJ in no way and always showed him respect...
BJ was not the CDR, he was just a member and dispite the nonesense you hear people say BJ did not start the CDR. He was just chosen to be their leader...
At the time they called him visonary and now since he joined the PLP persons like you are saying that he is a traitor and useless!!!
Just so you know, anyone is free to join the party of their choice, that's democracy!!!!
Now crawl back under that rock where you were!!!
It was HI and the FNM who said that HI was a different man but we all have seen that that was a farce, no wonder Moss has decided to join the PLP... We are finding out daily that most of the things that they filled the people's head with during the campaign were LIES..
Trust me others will follow suit!!!

Ignorance is a ***** ain't it,person such as yourself are the one's who are blind and depend on persons like me to physically fight your battles because we understand the cause but u don't. I never said they were triators just that they are persons who have they hands out to receive something"GREED" for free they have given up,and i explain my reason and maynard & neymour prove they would have been efective if they were with the CDR they now hold a seat and had they had a solid team and leader they might just have been the government and BJ is the weak one because now he is hoping to be leader of the PLP and could not leader the CDR because he has strong stance on anything so now he has become alet down.DO U UNDERSTAND NOW OR THIS **** TO DEEP FOR U This don't have nothing to do with FNM or PLP and again am NEITHER.:bouncy: unlike u "PERRY" it's obvious:bouncy:

Paul Moss said in his own words, and in his own voice on one of the talk shows that he stopped supporting the FNM when Hubert became party Leader again in 2005. He said before the May 02, 2007 General Elections that he intended to vote PLP, -the PLP scandals and record were irrelevant because it was all about Paul Moss trying to get a nomination.Notice that Mr. Moss says that it is his goal to run in the next election whenever it is called, and he is even parroting PLP talking points about an election next year ( are they planning a coup or insurrection?).I thought that the elections were held every five years, and if earlier it is at the PM's discretion.
Moss obviously only wants a nomination, and aint nuttin' happenin' for him under Ingraham. Ingraham runs a tight ship, and a disciplined organisation.Moss talks too much, and out of turn.Who is his constituency? Why should we care about the goals of Paul Moss? What has he ever done for anyone? Mr. Moss, lawyers are half dozen for a dollar. You are not special. You and fayne Thompson (and Craig Butler too) need to buy yourselves a life.
dacy2003 06-07-07, - 11:04 AM Who is paul moss, seriously...what is his significants that he so valuable to either party...(with his little bowtie self)
hitter 06-07-07, - 12:34 PM I do not think that Mr. Moss coming forward, was the spark to a revolutionary wave. But it does give us a snapshot, into the average Bahamian’s mindset towards politics. This is totally his choice to come out for the team who he likes, and it shows that we can have the courage, to come out in the face of any regime. But I wonder who else will come forward, as it appears that quite possibly an early election is upon us.
When we ruffle through the spoiled ballots, and then we get a handle on the illegal immigrants who were on the register from 1997; evidenced by a Mr. Carlow, who came on realtalk, and was hence arrested after he made his revelation to the world that he had a voter’s card, and the circumstances in which he got it. When we put our hands around the fact that the FNM, ran a Haitian-Jamaican-Bahamian young man in Bain and Grants town, a constituency where he was not known and had no chance of winning. When we examine all of the sequences of events, including the intimidation evidenced by FNM supporters on PLP supporters, we can see a clear and deliberate plan to exploit the system of illegality, which was-at least by Mr. Charlow's account-set from the 1997 election.
We have a very ugly scene on our hands, and as someone has mentioned before; "it is quite possible that the real Bahamas, did not vote in this last election. I would want to add, that it is quite possible that the real Bahamas have not been voting since at least 1997.
Anyone who denies this, and denies due process by the PLP to investigate the recent evidence, is in danger of the deconstruction of our state. I say that, after I have heard comments made by an FNM supporter on immediate response, in regards to the PLP and their search for the true register; “the PLP wanted to exploit the system, for their own gain as they controlled the election process”.
The true chronological order of the facts are, no first term administration could have known that once someone was on the register illegally, a register which was done by a previous political parties administration, and with that, whether or not the persons we eligible to be on the register, after the initial registration foul up, UNTIL elections have happened and we do a post-mortem analysis of what happened and who actually voted. Once again, by Mr. Charlow’s account, a foul up happened, and has been happening since at least the 1997 election. The fact is, as the candidate in Bain and Grants town, being a blatant show of political pandering to the immigrant vote, we have evidence to think otherwise that the FNMs supporters account of the events. We have evidence to put us on the train of thought that the register, has been padded with illegal immigrants, who have no business being on the register, and it is possibly known by some of the political strategists to be this way for quite some time.
This is a national problem, and we should encourage anyone who has the resources, to get to the bottom of it. Anyone, who denies that this is a problem, which needs and SCREAMS to be dealt with, would probably deny that we have a problem with anything in this country, and their sentiment, is typical of why many things go un-fixed in this country.
ghettosnob 06-07-07, - 01:03 PM Who is Paul Moss? Someone please tell me? First time I even heard of him was on this board yesterday.
I don't care who Paul Moss supports. Just like all of us he has ONE VOTE. Who he chooses to give it to is not national news.

Paul Moss was a plp for a while, more so he is a Ingraham heater.. plain and simple... his press conference was totally unnecessay.. espically since he was on talk shos defending the PLP prior to the general elections.

yes, you have the PLP spin right down to the nail.. but that is ok as well, you would know that the PLP intention was to win this election at any cost.. that is why it was the PLP system that back fired on the PLP, I pray that the crooked work that the PLP was planning, 41000 sample ballots, aabuse of ZNS, jobs for votes, Obie paying for votes at his EMR Office.. etc... I know it will all back fire and point to the PLP...the persons who voted and should not have voted I am sure, voted PLP, and for that the PLP should pay a price of in the wilderness for life... that is where parry, BJ, Fred and that crooked gang belongs..
For the most part Bahamians voted FNM, and the PLP attempts to frustrate the will of Bahamians backfired on the PLP.
Now you PLPs go to court.. I am sure that the FNM could use the Money you all will have to pay at the end of the day, when the court throw the PLP case right back at the PLP..

LOL...you are either retarded of just low down and dirty...may i remind you that cabinets (in the Bahamas) past and present have been loaded with persons of mixed nationalities....that statement is irresponsible and just downright stupid...but my brother carry on...
We have a very ugly scene on our hands, and as someone has mentioned before; "it is quite possible that the real Bahamas, did not vote in this last election. I would want to add, that it is quite possible that the real Bahamas have not been voting since at least 1997.
It takes the PLP to have lost the election to finally realize that we have an illegal immigrant problem??...right...this problem has been evident since the days of SLOP...i wonder how much of the "illegal vote" benifited him in his day...
This is a national problem, and we should encourage anyone who has the resources, to get to the bottom of it. why things go unfixed in this country is because bitter politicians use issues of national importance to garner support or gain political mileage...this is another lame attempt by the PLP...but as was said before lets see how it pans out in court (though realistically I doubt that will happen)...and to the PLP put up or shut up...

talk about lies let's talk about the promises perry made to the bahamian people of ony five % he delivered. he is the liar. the fnm has just started so you cant call hubert a liar. but perry has proven in the last five years that he is the liar. don't blame the fnm for the things the plp refused to do.
