Right now we should have been preparing for Beijing '08, but no one seems to want to get our act together. Back in my days of karate we would kick much behind and take names every time we would go to the US for tournaments (National School of Self Defense - Sensei Frankie Adderley). Just like in running, we have natural talent when it comes to martial arts. We need to put some of these "hard foot" little boys and girls up to the challenge. Of course, martial arts builds discipline too. BahamaWave 06-19-07, - 09:44 AM good idea 'bout that karate calendar, I'll check my sources and post it at this site: http://www.bahamasokinawangoju.com/index.html stay tuned. :) ps.
