Yes indeed. A "dis we tings" play production, in honour of Vivica!

Bring back some old faces like Catalyn and Bethel, as well as bring in some fairly new faces, so we can have a good look at the new Bahamian artistic talent!!

This is a prime opportunity, for the Dundas to have a fresh new start, and a new energy while promoting Bahamian artists all in the same time.

What do you say....I think this would be an extrodinary event, and people would line the theatre for days!

I would go on the first night if I had a chance, and so would many people if you promote it right, and if you sell it up as it is; just a damn good play!

I think the Bahamas is saturated with talent. What we need is someone to nourish this talent and bring it to the front. We have lost great people with this ability, Saunders, Vivica. Etc. We need the new Saunders etc. to step forward. We will see it. "When the student is ready the teacher appears. When the teacher is ready the student appears" - to quote a Buddhist saying.

The one thing that has always amazed me is the amount of inborn talent to perform that a huge proportion of Bahamians have. I watch and listen to the kids at school and they can do anything they set their minds to in the field of public performance and entertainment.

We need more people who will bring out this talent and highlight it and more opportunities for them to perform. We have a nation of Sir Sidneys, Calvin Lockharts, Vivicas, James Catlyns, Cookies etc., all waiting to be 'discovered' especially on the islands.
