what is your exercise routine?
recently I decided to get up early around 5am to work out.

my exercise routine:

-go to the gym 6 days out of the week for about 2 hours.

-go on the elliptical machines for about 30 minutes

-go on the weight machines and do back, chest, legs, arms, stomach (do like 3 reps of 10 on 4 different chest, back, legs, arms and stomach machines)

and thats every 6 days...see i dont diet (dont believe in it)

i eat cream of wheat or cornflakes in the mornings; chips and candies in the afternoon; cook a good dinner or take out in the evenings (with lettuce and tomatoes of course). or sometimes if im lazy to cook i eat either cream of wheat, cornflakes or an apple and orange b4 i go to bed.

Instead of chips and candies, if you had a small real lunch you would drop even more weight. If you HAVE to have candy, a snickers bar is best along with salt free pretzels.

Make sure you don't strain any muscles working out 6 days a week. Muscle fibre need a chance to "heal" after a work out.

Excellent Job though!
