VGs closed on holiday, actually everywhere is closed today except the food stores only open half day .. and macdonalds type places. I gotta go back out now to get some water since the bottle i got from SuperValue this morning, the cap wasnt sealed .. what they trying to poison us hey?!!

nah i think they just handle the bottles so bad they bust the caps sometimes .. i told them about some messed up bottles there before they had on the shelf, they was covered in grime and dirt but they didnt care .. they did take them off the shelf after i mentioned it though ..

Bad management, thats what it comes down to, the regular staff dont give a crap anyway.

i drank a little but it tasted bad so chucked it .. got a new bottle from the gas station .. i have food poisening anyway from sunday night (believe it was Sbarro, again) .. wouldnt know the difference at this point ;)

Yeah VGs isnt even open on Saturdays now. People wonder why people goto MadDonalds, cause they the only ones that is open all the time! They making money ;) Most people rather eat healthier, if there was anywhere open like that.

Why the change? They used to be VERY popular back in the day and especially on Saturdays. Man I usta get my stew before I go over the bridge on Saturday mornings.

I dont eat macdonalds that much anymore, no more than any other Bahamian. Trust me, easting out is the same as buying food at the store now, prices at the food store is outrageous here, plus as proven in the past, goods purchased at the food stores here are not much safer either, less you buy all canned goods ..

As to high cholestrol, you have to know WHAT to eat .. just like buying food at the store to cook.
But yeah we have little to no selection of healthy food around here, unlike in the US where you can just drop into a diner at any time of the day or night.

but yeah once things have slowed down I ga cook some more ... right now spending all my time working and cleaning .. i need a maid .. you want a job? :D
