Yes I am and i have a feeling that it was disconnected for lack of payment. My Landlady is no on the island so I am on my way to the Customer Service and get an answer. i am not getting through with the phone.

Now good Ol' Mr. ingraham promised to abolished voice mails in the public sectors and at the public corporations.. it is a short time since he is in office.. I trust that we solve the problem of no customer services from government offices (including BTC, BEC, Water and Sewer, immigration and the like) soon.

I was right. I had to get hold of a relative of her and get it sorted out for me. All day with no water with this heat, mind you I pay a hefty rent so needless to say I am really angry!!!:realmad:
