Has anyone had trouble with their cell phone today? Every number I call, be it a cell number or a land line number, I get - "The cellular customer you are calling is unable to take your call......." :dgi: My phone is a Nokia and is GSM.

The last time that I was in Nassau, my cell worked only once in seven days. :sparky:

BTC has been running an ad in the dailies that states that they are upgrading the GSM system and there will be interruptions to service. However, I find the performance of GSM phones to be very poor in Nassau.

I also have a Quick Cell phone. Never had a moments trouble with it from the day I got it (about three years I think) to this day! :)

yea i noticed.

thought that only happened when the person u are calling has no minutes....didnt experience any problems today though

they are transferring some equipment from the cable beach strip to somewhere, heard the ad on the radio today,everything should be up and running tomorrow.

I always laugh when BTC says they're "upgrading". what a jioke. what they're really doing is REPAIRING the mess the have created.
