I am "borrowing" this one from CNBC.
Do spoiled kids turn to spoiled workers?
Do they have a sense of entitlement?
Is this one of our problems in the Bahamas?

Laziness. Theft,
if that's the definition of a spoiled worker....then i'd say the vast majority of civil service is spoiled rotten.
IMO, i think it's more a matter of laziness than anything else. i know kids that have had a ROUGH childhood....who haven't had the privilege of being spoiled....yet, they personify your definition. so.....i'm not sure i can agree that it's b/c they were spoiled as kids. however, i can see the correlation.
thankfully....i didn't turn out that way.

I totally disagree. I was a spoiled brat and I am a hard working woman who had job offers from left and right.
I am proud to say it and my love for what I did made me a good worker, also the need for the job and the knowledge that I had to do that to be a better person and improve my lifestyle.
Spoiled workers, to me ( my two cents), are people who don't care and have the certainty that if they lose their job there will always be something else to go by.
