I read that Charles Carter resigned as The Nassau Guardian's CEO. According to the paper, the news came as a surprise to many employees who were not informed of his intention to step down until he appeared as a special guest on GEMS 105.9 talkshow yesterday.


Atkins was apparently 'ordered' to come to Rio to compete for The Bahamas after he had infrom the BAAA and the BOA that he was not going to appear as he had been injured. Both BAAA and BOA presidents do not beleive his story based on the record breaking times he has posted.

Whats up with these two stories.................inquiring minds want to know.

How can they order a private citizen to compete in a sporting event?
