In a decision handed down on Monday, the Privy Council ruled that it had been wrong in reaching an earlier decision in relation to an extradition matter originating out of The Bahamas.

The same way that they were wropngabout the state having a right to appeal a grant of habeus corpus by a Supreme Court Judge is the sam eway that they were wrong about Sidney Stubbs being able to appeal the bankruptsy ruling against him. We are a mess, and the Courts are not beyond political influence.

It's not the Privy Council that's pro-criminal, it's Jon Isaacs. His nonsense ruling is the cause of this mess. He was the same judge who declared the extradition treaty unconstitutional.

That seem to be my understanding of the ruling...Jon Isaacs created a most "stinky" mess in his bogus ruling that the PC had no other alternative than to rule in favor of a person whom they considered "more than guilty" but "done in" by a rogue judge!
