An Andros man said he is "sick and tired" of fighting over land that he knows to be rightfully his, land which he claims was taken away by the government.

Bursel Rolle, 73, of Deep Creek, Andros said his family's 34-year war over the 1,000 acre Montgomery Tract in Kemp's Bay, Andros has been dragging on for too long, and he told The Guardian yesterday that he is on a mission to settle the matter once for all.
