Sears could not oversee the Attorney General's Office and the Ministry of Education at the same time, and we must take the risk of giving him the responsibility to being a future PM? My Gawd!!!

Atleast show you could get the schools open on time before trying to get the opportunity to run a country-failed Caribbean countries beware here comes the Bahamas to join the list.

Alfred Sears did nothing for the judiciary when he was the Attorney General. It was under his leadership that the judges did not receive the attention they needed, which caused Justice Lyons to come public with it.

If these two ministries under Sears leadership is any indication of how he intends to govern the Bahamas if he succeeds as the PLP and eventually the PM of the Bahamas-we would be the first third world country to enter the fourth world era-anarchy.

Well, to my memory, Bahamian schools never open up on time...
And more importantly, a large number of teachers and MOE officials say and still do promote Mr. Sears as being the best MOE ever...

Perhaps you should interview some of them and come back to us.

The proof is always in the pudding and the results of his leadership on those areas speak for itself.

It is know in the Bahamas, once Bahamians like you they lie for you and once they hate you they lie on you. Sears is well liked, but he is no effective leader.

I have encountered his administrative/interactive style and was faily impressed with his ability to allow subordinates to engage their special skills and talents! If you check my pervious posts about this man you will find that I have always thought that his major problem was his party...and perry! And before ya tink that I know the dude personally...I don't! He could walk on ma foot in the road and he een ger know who that is! Nah...a good man is being fecked up by perry again!!:shhh:

I don't really care for SEARS, but I don't know of him having money in the closet. You getting your PLP MPs mixed up. Maybe the money in the closet man you are talking about is PEET!!

I say give the man a chance, who knows maybe the PLP will finially get some sort of leadership.
