There is no doubt that fred is the culprit. There are plp's, then there is perry and fred, these two are not only ruining their fellow members political career but making a mockery of democracy in this young growing country.

I think this was suppose to happen for officers with over 40+ years of service who are still on active duty, if this is the case, send them home and also those over 30 years.

Impossible, as it stands, the RBPF does not have a deputy on active duty.
