To watch the victim's family on TV last night was gut wrenching. The neighbors expressed surprise that the victim's fiesty dog did not bark, leaving them to assume the victim knew his attackers.

The victim, Colebrooke, ran out of his house apparently in an attempt to get to ACP Greenslade's house, which is in the same neighborhood. Two of his attackers ran behind him while the third stayed in the house to keep Colebrooke girlfriend 'quiet'.

Colebrooke was killed while trying to escape.

Even if he owed them money, how can 3, three men get together to conspire to kill him. Jesus, man, how much money is worth that. Especially for 3 grown men??

Im suppose to go back home to bahams for vacation in a few weeks and after the information im recieving on whats going on there i feel safer where i am i think the guy knew his attackers and i guess its the way to silence him.

I think in a short time the bahamas is going to have vigilante justice if its not happening already people will soon begin to kill suspects either in the court room or while in the prison we are getting ther trust me.

why? you tief someone money too aye? for every incident that goes down in the country, the parties involved know one another. so don't try to paint a picture as if people are just running around killing people for no reason.

So killing somebody because they owe you money is justified i guess the banks need to hire thousands of hit men then. i think in any problem there is a solution which do not entails violence.

that's ridiculous and insulting to me as a Bahamian. But if you feel that way then it's ya right not to come I guess. I don't live there but the problem is a societal problem and to shun my Bahamian society because of a few idiots is treason to me.

Seems like this killing is drug related to me. A lot of these so-called contractors are running drugs.

facts only- thats just how gansta/hoodlum/criminal type people go. you could owe them 5 bucks and they kill you or even miss and look at them wrong (what they pervieve as wrong) and they kill you

ACP greenslade doesn't live there. He aint the only Greenslade on the force ya know. Plus, ya don't take people for light and tief dey drugs and expect to see three score and 10.
