Well, you cant make anything 100% escape proof (not without spending big $$$) and the center is far from that.

They never escape, they are let out for a price. The Minister need to investigate this, but I do not believe that this is a priority.The Cubans are no more than a headache to us...free them all one time and let them swim or triple jump to Florida.

I tend to agree with you. unless they are being held on a violent offense (drugs, poaching) let them go. Especially the ones we just pick up in the boat.

Drop them off at the nearest port of entry. I would imagine they are still citizens of their home country. :confused:

They tend to stay there the longest... Cubans, Americans, Jamaicans and some south Americans. It does be an assortment...The funny thing is most everyone there speaks spanish. The Haitian there speaks spanish, the Jamaicans speaks spanish, the Nigerians speaks spanish: and when the Cubans there planing there escape, no one does even have a hint of a clue...
Whats more funny is there is no fence to cut any more...jut 12 foot wall to climb. But we all know Cubans can jump and apparently high too.
