Should murderers be convicted?
Also, should people accused of assault, be picked up by the police?

It seems since we can't figure out that when we pick these people up, that they should be prosecuted, and on the other end, we can't seem to figure out that people accused of assault, even if it is domestic, needs to be picked up right away....so, I have to put out a mini BI refferendum.
Yes or no....Then we can send it to the house of parliament, and tell them the people from BI said this is what we want.
