I read your letter to the editor just now. How come the change of heart? What happened between last week and the time you wrote the letter?

It was a personal remark made by a neighbor that instigated a response from yours truly. It had nothing to do with the Albany project.

You see, most of us know one another in the southwest of Nassau; we carry on like family, and it was grossly misunderstood by the general public.

So, a week later; same place - same time, I thought it fitting to read my views publicly on the Albany investment.

fact is, two all-age schools on eleuthera have been delayed their opening for another week, without explanation. i didn't 'lie on dames," either. we all responded to the news report that suggested that mr. dames was removed from the recent town hall meeting, which report carried his quote that suggested that not enough information had been shared with regard to the albany project.

As for Dames, I think the whole affair is a circus. Means nothing but embarrass a few folks, and makes politricks bigger. But, then again, who is Alien.
