Judge Allen told them it's 50-50.

I say it's 7.5%/46.25%/46.25% with the Bahamian people getting 7.5% until SOMEONE produces paper that we sold our shares.

Sir Jack loses his 75% claim

Dismissing a last-minute plea from Sir Jack Hayward's legal defense, Supreme Court Justice Anita Allen yesterday quashed Hayward's controversial claim to a 75 percent ownership stake in the Grand Bahama Port Authority, which 10 months ago sent Freeport into a state of legal turmoil.

Attorney Fred Smith, representing the Edward St. George estate, called the case a "victory and a milestone," but acknowledged it was only a "first step" in resolving the ongoing dispute between the St. George estate and Hayward, who the court yesterday ruled as equal, 50-percent stake holders in the Port Authority......
