Somebody please help me out......
There is a guy who zooms around on my street on a noisy 125 CC trail all day long. From one end of the street to the next.
He mostly does this on weekends when folks are trying to get some rest. Is there some law against this, or do i just have to live with this s**t...

You must live near me! We have a couple of guys that run around on those kind of things, making noise. There is another guy that comes around the corner, in a truck, with a screech of tires. He travels too fast and has hit my wall twice! Of course if there were police on the street they would catch these people.

I suppose you could make a citizens arrest for disturbing the peace, but good luck with that, you have to catch them first!

if his exhaust has been modified you may be able to report it. Whether they will do anything is a different story though. Maybe get together with a couple other neighbors and confront him first .. peacefully and just explain the problem .. as you never know he might be a revenge type, have to be careful in nassau these days; then if he doesnt listen report him.
